This really feels like victim-blaming. If someone's car was stolen even with the latest technology software for anti-theft, we should be asking bigger questions as to why people feel confident in this day and age to steal other people's vehicles in a first-world country like the US. What is pushing them to this action? Poverty, desperation, desire to achieve some cheap thrill form the experience?
