…me down and told me I had to lose weight. If not, I’d be in for some serious trouble down the road. At the time, I was 5'1 (still am, no amount of diet and exercise will help me grow taller, unfortunately) and weighed 190 pounds. According to my BMI, I was morbidly obese.

I wholeheartedly agree that accountability and movement are crucial for weight loss. I personally found it difficult to use a calorie tracking app, but I find just having an accountability partner (i.e. my partner) helps out a lot.
